Dark blue cloth with gilt-stamped titles and logo on front board, xiii, 198 pp, index. No date on title page, but preface & foreword are both dated May, 1965. Corners and head & tail of spine bumped, extremities rubbed, small ink smudge at bottom of rear paste-down. Printed presentation card from author laid in. From the Foreword: "This study is based almost entirely on the minutes of the meetings of the various policymaking bodies. The author's aim is an objective presentation of the principal views of the policymakers as they evolved in the course of a somewhat turbulent first fifty years." Shipping weight 2 lbs. Books are offered subject to prior sale. You may return any book within 14 days for a refund; if it was not as described, we will also refund return shipping costs (but please e-mail us first). You can place credit card orders through Biblio, or we will ship upon receipt of payment by check or money order. Sales tax is collected by Biblio and remitted directly to your state, where applicable. SHIPPING IN UNITED STATES: Books are priced postpaid, so there are no additional shipping charges for standard shipping. We will ship via Priority Mail for $12.00 per order (Save on multiple-book orders!). This may be reduced if actual postage is less than for a medium flat-rate box.
