Original cloth spine and marbled boards, gilt lettering, a little general wear and rubbing, corners bumped/worn, light scuffing to the head of the spine. Contents clean and tight, original brown endpapers, a little spotting to page edges, plates generally clean, a few with spotting to edges of plates and tissue guards. Paper lighty toned. A very good copy. [Bibliographic Note: This volume, part of Allen's Naturalist's Library was first published in 1894 (as this copy) by W. H.
