First edition. 8vo. x, 139, (1) pp. Publisher's cream and terracotta cloth, gilt lettered to the spine, early Bombay ownership inscription to the front free endpapers with the original bookseller's price stamp of A.H. Wheeler & Co. also of Bombay to the flyleaf. 14 photographic plates and 4 plans. Spine darkened, vertical stain to the lower board, a little rubbing.
