Leipzig: Verlag Von Wilhelm Engelmann, 1874. Half Calf. Very Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. 1874. Size octavo, 500 pages plus 2 pages of engraved plates at the rear featuring numerous surgical instruments. Tan half calf over marbled boards. Condition very good, corners and edges rubbed, title label is detached from the spine but is loosely inserted inside the book, off-setting to end-papers, slight toning to pages, from the Library of The Royal College of Surgeons England with their stamps to the title page and half-title, there is pencil underlining on the title page, the pages are toned else clean. With 106 engravings in the text and 2 engraved plates at the rear. Text is in German.
