Orders are posted within 24 hours,weekends and holidays excepted. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required. The postage charge for light books will be reduced. In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your purchase, we will offer a refund provided you advise us within 7 days of receipt. If the book was misdescribed by us, then we will refund the full book price and postage, and will arrange to pay for the book to be returned to us. If the book is just not what you wanted, we will refund the cost of the book only, and return postage will be at your expense. In all cases, refunds will only be made once the book has been returned in the condition in which it was originally dispatched. Cheques can be accepted only in �sterling, drawn on a UK bank.
