London: Bradbury, Agnew & Co, [n.d.].. 8vo, (xvi), 578, with 17 hand coloured steel engraved plates plus a hand coloured vignette on the title and 30 wood engraved plates, 67 further wood engravings in the text, marbled endpapers, bound by Harrison and Sons in later red half morocco, red cloth sides, gilt motifs on spine, darkened, slight rubbing to joints and raised bands, t.e.g., a very good copy.
