Oblong 8vo; <b>Limited Edition copy no. 287 of 300, laid in is a print from Harry Jackson signed by him and inscribed</b> 'For Paul, a most pacific and good old SOB.' Signed on the limitation page by Jackson. Additionally there is a full page inscription on the half title page from Jackson to Northland Press publisher Paul Weaver, 'It's sure lucky that you got your arm shot off instead of like I who got his ass shot off because now that we have the great sport of working together on this bronze book at least one of us didn't have his brains shot out-I've just got to count on you to carry on since I've lost my thinking end. Here's to many good years of association + friendship shared.' Full calfskin leather in card cover slipcase with western art sketch of steer and a cowboy. Contents of book in a fine condition, leather front and rear panels scuffed and spine sunned, to the degree that gilt lettering barely legible and leather frayed. A unique copy.
