Dustwrapper somewhat rubbed and very slightly edgeworn; previous owner's discreet hand-stamp on front free endpaper. Very good condition. "Harry Lawrence was an M.P. from 1929 until 1961 and for ten of those years a Cabinet Minister; in 1947 he headed his country's delegation to the United Nations. In a period of South African politics rich in personalities he was one of the most colourful." .
