Pretty heavy cover wear, tearing and some surface loss to boards but hinges sturdy except for front hinge of Vol I which is cracked/almost broken BUT holding w/some old slight moisture spotting to pre-lims/slight basement smell only and "gift to Providence University Club" bookplate to each marbled front fly. Fo [Folio or approx. 12 x 19 inches], Vol 1 346pp., Illus., 33 heliotypes, 57 illustrations, 24 wood engravings, 3 lithographs. Vol 2 447pp., illus., 26 heliotype views, 24 wood engravings.
