Synopsis

As the story goes, Toby is hot on the trail of an evasive mystery criminal who is the main culprit behind the disappearance of famous Hollywood actress Mae West's sizzling autobiography. All hope lies on Toby to rescue the damsel in distress and regain the sole copy of the book. Murder and mayhem ensue, with Peters spending time as a patient in an asylum in pursuit of the thief.
