This book is in good condition. There is some wear on the front, back and spine of the cover boards.There are also stains and some fading in all the areas of the cover boards. The edges are very worn as well. The corners are bumped too. The previous owners signature is written on the back of the front end page. The pages are just beginning to tan and yellow.
