In overall good used condition with minor signs of age, handling and storage - boards rubbed to edges. Binding tight and appears little read. Internally clean with some underlining here and there, Christmas gift inscription dated 1928 and ownership signature dated 1963 to front endpaper; toning to page-ends with some light scattered foxing to several pages but text and illustrations (frontispiece with tissue-paper guard) bright and clear throughout. Photographs available. Not an old library book.
