Hutchinson & Co, 1111. Hardcover. Acceptable. No Edition Remarks. 239 pages. No dust jacket. Blue cloth. Contains black and white illustrations and 7 colour plates by Heath Robinson. Noticeable cracking to front hinge and gutters, however binding and board remain firmly attached. Extensive pencil annotations to some pages, text remains legible. Black marks present, more prominent on some sections of the book. Text still readable. Plates and illustrations are lightly tanned. Boards have moderate shelf-wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Visible tanning to spine and edges with some crushing to spine ends. Small splits to spine ends and corners causing cloth to be frayed. Visible black and white marks with scratches and minor water drops overall. Gilt lettering is darkened. Book is slightly bowed and forward leaning.
