Lithographs of Queen Victoria and 11 famous men, plus various British colonial scenes. Pictorial cover bound with green string in top edge. Pencil mark on rear cover. Compiled by Sara Mickle and designed by J.D. Kelly. "Entered According to Act of the parliament of Canada in the Year 1899 by Sara Mickle at the Department of Agriculture." Not so much a real calendar as a list of historic events. Picture of Newfoundland for April while May has Quebec and a western prairie.
