Hardcover with dustjacket, 265 pages, illustrated throughout, "...covers the northern Adirondacks, especially Franklin County, like the proverbial tent and includes historical and funfare for the entire family," the former owner's name is present on the first end-paper and a gift inscription is present on the third end-paper, book is clean and tight and the contents are fine, the jacket is price-clipped and has some edge-wear at the corners and spine-ends, a tear at the top of the spine has been tape-mended, a professional (removable) mylar cover is included .
