Seems like a work of fiction on spiritualist and mystical themes. The author, Helen Merrick Bond (1894-1988) was part of the original founding family of Coral Gables, FL and apparently lived there most of her life. She wrote several spiritualist & inspirational books. This is rare in the first edition.
