Large format, black cloth binding with titles on spine and front cover lettered in yellow, profusely illustrated with historical photographs, maps, 176 pages plus index and another section titled "Carterville, Herrin, Creal Springs, Johnson City and other Points", 47 pages plus index. History and biographical sketches. Brief gift inscription on front endpaper and embossed stamp, otherwise unmarked, covers mildly rubbed.
