F.: Instituto Panamericano de Geografia e Historia, 1968. 345p., plain printed 9.25 x 6.25 inch wraps, cover slightly browned and soiled, snags at head and tail, overlapping edges a little banged up. Presumably there was a volume II produced or intended, this is one volume only. Colophon saith 1500cc printed. This copy inscribed and signed by Loewenberg on the title page in the year of issue. Comision de historia 114, Historiografias VIII.
