Two volumes. First editions. s.n. London. 1705. s.n. London. 1707. Small quartos. (22), 544, (8)pp; (10), 549, (6)pp. Later full calf, spines in 6 compartments with raised bands and leather labels. Renewed endpapers. All edges sprinkled to volume I. Variable light toning and occasional spotting to Volume I; intermittent light water staining, spotting and toning to Volume II. Paper fault: 2 small holes and corner loss to penultimate page of Volume II with no loss to text.
