New York: John D. Williams, 1865. Hardcover. Very Good. First edition. Volumes two through five only. Brown cloth cover with gold gilt lettering on spine. Top edge gilt. Without dustwrapper as issued. Very good with bookplates inside front covers, some hinges are cracked, light wear to cloth covers.
