Dust wrapper has some red marks on rear and faint scratches all over. Past owner's name on front free end paper. Appears unread. Clean, tight and bright throughout. An excellent account of the making of manuscripts and books from the Dark Ages to the invention of printing and beyond. A large & heavy volume which will require an additional charge for delivery outside the UK. 4to.
