Boulder, CO The University of Colorado Press, 1964. Hardcover First Ed, unstated. INSCRIBED AND SIGNED BY AUTHOR. First Ed, unstated. Near Fine in Good DJ: Book shows a tiny spot at the bottom edge and a small smudge of shelf soil at the outer edge fo the bottom edge; binding is very slightly cocked, but there is no lean. Binding remains perfectly secure; text clean. DJ shows significant insect (or perhaps rodent nibble) damage and considerable chipping. Lovely book in an intact, but seriously flawed DJ.
