Hardbacks (gilt lettering to the spines, dent on the edges of the front cover for Part 1) with Dj's (very small tear on the front edges of the Dj cover for Part 1, a couple of small scratches, nicks and creases on the edges of the Dj covers), both in near fine condition. Illustrated with a b/w plate, drawings. Nice and clean pages with a small mark on the outer edges of Part 1, small marks on the outer edges of part 2, couple of small creases on the edges of the pages. Nice and clean books with light shelf wear on the Dj covers. 685pp (total) including Appendix: Names in the Lost Tales-Part I and II, short glossary of Obsolete, Archaic and Rare Words, index.
