Complete in two volumes from The Works of Hubert Howe Bancroft. Volume I is the 1884 first edition Bancroft Company Newly rebound in tan cloth, gilt spine titles, all edges marbled, new endpapers. Fine bright clean and tight. Vol. II is the 1889, first edition, The History Company, withdrawn Ex-Library, bound in tan buckram with gilt titles on black spine lables, edges trimmed. Though not a matched set together they are complete and an excellent set for research.
