First edition, octavo; xv,278, [1]pp. In original drab publisher's boards with blue paper spine and original printed spine label (binding a little worn, spine soiled, paper label dull and chipped), pages uncut (untrimmed) as issued with a couple of unopened pages at rear, bibliographical pencil annotations to front free endpaper, a very clean large paper copy of this first edition in original state.
