This is the scarce first edition which was subsequently recalled and amended after Peter Churchill sued the author for libel. This is one of the few copies available before it was withdrawn. Contains photographs of officers, agents and operations plus 4 loose maps of Section F circuits between 1942 and 1944 and locations of uniformed parties, post D-Day. This copy is presented in brown boards with (repaired) dust-wrapper. Front board is slightly splitting from the spine.
