Hardcover, ex-library with a couple on blind embossments, ink number, faint rubberstamping inside rear coverno other markings noted; recently rebacked with original chipped & worn leather spine laid down, corners rubbed; light tanning & stains to pages some foxing, MISSING the MAP of the county. Text clean; [viii], [19] to 967 pages + an extra 889 to 913, all portraits & illustrations called for present; two maps misplaced but present at pages 650 and 891b, the last map called for is MISSING. Extra shipping will be required for international orders; please inquire for a quote.. First Edition. Hard Cover. Good/No Jacket. 8½" by 10".
