Addenda and Corrigenda tipped-in to Contents page. Bookplate of C.B. Farrar to front pastedown. Ink notations to head of rear pastedown. Dust jacket lightly worn to extremities, small chips to spine ends and corners, some soiling to rear. The survey of Hittite art presented in this volume is the first specific attempt to describe the artistic achievements of on of the great civilizations of the Ancient East, which, in its day, rivalled those of Egypt and Babylon.
