The tiny number/date line below the isbn indicates 1st printing 1986, but oddly, the copyright date above that reads 1987. White padded leatherette boards rubbed and soiled. The binding is shaken. The interior is unmarked, including all the presentation pages, but the pages are noticeably aging.. 2nd Edition. Hardcover. Good -/No Jacket. 4to - over 9" - 12" tall. Book.

American Bible Company, New York, 1871. Hardcover. Acceptable. 1871. 812 pages including index. Embossed tan cloth with gilt spine titling. Cloth worn heavily all over, especially to the edges. Cracks at the hinges on either spine end. Emits a faint musty smell. Binding loose, but holding. Prior owners have marked the paste downs and end papers. Interior profusely age-toned, foxed and otherwise soiled.

Collins' Clear-Type Press, 1111. Hardcover. Good. No Edition Remarks. Unpaginated. Fully bound black leather with wrap-around flaps. Gilt lettering to spine. Black and white photographs. Colour maps to rear. Pages remain bright and clean with minimal tanning and foxing. Binding remains firm. Dedication to front free endpaper. Boards have heavy shelf wear with bumping and rubbing to corners and crushing and heavy wear to spine ends. Gilt lettering remains bright and clear.

Oxford University Press, 1871. Hardcover. Acceptable. 1871. No Edition Remarks. Unpaginated. Full bound brown leather. Slight cracking to hinges, with exposed netting, pages remain attached. Pages have light tanning and foxing throughout. Tear to rear pastedown. Boards have moderate shelf-wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Tears to leather to edges. Wear marks overall. Small area of loss to bottom spine edge of front board.

William Collins, Sons & Company, 1111. Hardcover. Good. The Minion Reference. Fully bound in black leather with decorative metal clasp to fore edge. Gilt text block edges. Colour illustrated map facing title page. Brown coated endpapers and pastedowns. Minion 16mo Refrences. Contains the Old and New Testaments, paginated separately. Printed in two columns. Pages are lightly tanned with mild foxing throughout. More prominent towards the start and end of the book. Mild cracking to both hinges, slightly exposing netting. Binding throughout remains firm. Large tear to last page causing it to be loose, however text remains readable. Minor dog-eared corners. Boards have slight edge wear with corner bumping. Minor crushing to spine ends. Leather is slightly peeling to edges, joints and raised bands. Gilt lettering is bright and clear. Faint marks and scratches overall.

Oxford U.P., 1857. Book. Good. Hardcover. 24mo - over 5 - 5¾" tall. Minimal marking found, 1 page with ink scratch (possibly a small amount more - I didn't check them all...) and a name inside the fep. Black leather binding (Roan) is splitting away from the front cover but otherwise firm throughout. Rubbed around covers. Gilt page edges have some stains (ink?) along the top edge and sides but no obscuration of the text. This is an 1857 version..

Oxford University Press, 1845. Hardcover. Acceptable. 1845. Unpaginated. No dust jacket. Black leather with gilt lettering and brass edging. Inscription to front pastedown. Pages are lightly tanned and thumbed at the edges, with light foxing. Binding has remained firm. Boards are a little rub worn with slight shelf wear to corners, spine and edges. Corners are a little bumped. Spine ends are a mildly crushed, with small splits and chips.
