B007F7JIOU The cover is worn and it looks almost as thought the bottom edge of the front cover and first 3 pages got burned on the lower outside corner (and a small part of the bottom edge of the rear cover as well), resulting in portions of the cover and first 3 pages being gone. Fortunately, the pages burned and missing pieces as a result only include the table of contents (most of which is still present and functional) and the title page. From the first page of text on, the pages remain complete. There is some soiling/staining on the outer edges of the book and there are some spots on the first few pages after the burned pages. Otherwise, the interior is actually in nice shape. Overall, this is still a very functional/readable copy of the title, perfectly fine for use, despite the exterior appearance. Ships, well packaged and very quickly, from MI. The condition selected for the item is accurate and consistent with our other listings of the same general condition.
