From page v: "This book contains 35 planned menus with recipes and a suggested schedule for preparing a dinner. They vary from Chinese, Korean, Japanese to French, Italian and New England dinners. The recipes range from a simple lasagna to the relatively complicated Lobster St. Jacques."
