Off-white linen with gilt-on-green spine title and gilt cover title with the author's initials in gilt on brown. Top page edge green; green endpapers with site and floor plans of the house. Lacking dust jacket. The story of the design, along with architect John Stonehill, construction, and decoration of her house in Connecticut; includes menus and recipes. Dorothy Feiner Rodgers (1909-1992) was the wife of composer Richard Rodgers (1902-1979). In Near Fine Condition: fore-edges of pages slightly soiled; otherwise, clean and bright.
