Five portraits by Sem Hartz. Following the introduction, the book is in five sections:- The British Line of Descent; The American declarations; Some Views of Legal Philosophers; The Development in France and on The European Continent and The Evolution of International Law. Book in very good condition. A little very light rubbing to corners. Internally very clean and bright.
