Good/No jacket. 675 page with index, plus a 21 page appendix titled "Formula for the Government and Discipline of the Evangelical Lutheran Church." Lyrics to 1024 hymns, dismissions and doxologies. No music. Full leather cover with black title block and gilt titles on spine. Heavy wear to cover with scratches and scrubbing, corners and spine ends heavily bumped and frayed, small split in leather at top of spine, former owner's name in ink and pencil several times on end papers, "Elizabeth A. Bushong" of New Market, Virginia. tanning and glue stains on end papers, interior pages foxed in some places but otherwise bright, binding tight.
