Book is tight, square, and unmarked but for gift inscription in pencil on FFFP. Book Condition: Very Good +; light wear to head, tail, and tips from shelving. No DJ. Black cloth boards and spine with bright red lettering on spine and front board with picture of Wilson gazing into an 8-Ball. 182 pp 8vo. The author was the Saloon Editor of the New York Post and it was his job to bring to the people who go to bed early an account of what people who stay up late do with their time; any place with a liquor license, members of Booze Who, Actor's Equity, Musician Union, and every star who lets her hair down and confides her most eccentric whim. It is all recorded here with a certain wayward charm. A clean very presentable copy.
