Back cover describes the content of the book in depth with very brief info on the book and its promotion. Front cover has a sticker with the publicity manager's information. Tucked into the book is a well written 2001 letter from the publicity manager giving a brief overview of how the book came to be. The letter is folded in half and has some wear.
