Gene Palm is a pseudonym for Luigi Palmisano, musician, artist, philosopher and lawyer, who was born in Naples,Italy. Mr. Palmisano entered the world without forearms or hands, a birth defect in a time without acceptance, support or useful prosthetic devices. Triumphant in spirit he overcame his dire handicap and became a successful concert pianist, playing piano with his elbows. It was on a Concert Tour that he came to the United States. He overcame the illusion that life was tragic and he found reality through his spirit. The Illusion and the Reality shares the authors' scientific and spiritual beliefs on man and the universe. 337 pages.
