Printed note to the contents: "The Author intended to have inserted a plan of an orchard ... but as it turned out to be inconvenient in point of size, and being of small importance, the idea was given up". Later utilitarian quarter calf, spine in six compartments with raised bands with uneven black rules, gilt lettering, sl. rubbed to head and foot; slightly marked cloth boards. All edges speckled. Apart from a little light sporadic foxing a nice crisp clean copy, firmly bound. Priced to accommodate cost of rebacking which would greatly enhance the volume.

Upper hinges repaired with cloth tape. Boards scuffed with some surface loss. Rubbed to extremities and spines. Light foxing to the frontispiece. Internally the text and plates are formly bound, crisp, bright and clean with occasional spotting and light offsetting.

Contemporary binding of full tan calf. Spine with raised bands. Compartments double ruled in gilt. hand written paper title label (probably 19th century) with small area of loss to the top right corner. Boards with double gilt ruled borders. Hinges cracked but still firm. Edges rubbed and bit scuffed but still a tight and well bound copy of this interesting title which describes a Collection of protests made in the House of Lords.
