London: T. Cadell, 1822. First edition. Hardcover. Very Good. 223 + 168 index p. 4 full illustrations. 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 in. Tan full calf binding- quilted calf on covers, edges of covers embossed, gilt lettering on spine, edges of text block lightly flecked with brown. Condition of book is VERY GOOD: light wear to covers and spine, leather labels were reattached at some point upside down, old worm damage to top edge of front hinge- one small worm hole, does not affect text block, only binding, top end of text block darkened, pages clean with spotty light foxing, binding tight.
