Sewn binding in paper-covered boards with cloth spine, in dustjacket. The original edition, published to accompany the touring exhibition of 1992. Book nearly as new, with tight binding, strong hinges and square spine. No marks. Lower corners a little bumped. Unclipped dustjacket is shiny with little wear, but I've rated it "Good only" because it is badly rippled from having been stored in a tight Brodart.

DJ has mild edgewear, rubbing, now in archival mylar wrap.
