Limited to 250 numbered and signed copies of which this is #64. Signed by the author on a special 'Inheritance' bookplate to half-title page. Also included is a small loose signed gargoyle plate with the word, "Shur'tugal", meaning Dragon Rider in the Ancient Language.


Christopher Paolini is the author of three other bestselling novels about Alagaësia: Inheritance is the fourth and final volume in the cycle. Christopher lives in Montana, where the natural landscape has been a major inspiration in the creation of his stories.

  "This terrible book suffers from the same problem as the last one...every unimportant event had to take a whole chapter. There is no need to have a dialogue between two characters take an entire chapter or waste time on stupid details like a very minor character's cleft palette surgery. "
