This right fielder debuted in 1914 with the St. Louis Terriers (until 1915), playing also for the St. Louis Browns (1916, 1918-25) and Boston Red Sox (1926-27). Handsome, bold "To Jim from Your / Friend / John J. Tobin" in blue ballpoint, heavy stock 5" X 3" card, n.p., n.y. Near fine. A nice later life example. Uncommon.
