Gilt publisher's device over very good black boards. Untrimmed foredge, textblock edges flecked, else leaves clean. Map-illustrated, loose-plastic protected dustjacket slightly edgeworn, a crease on front flap, else good. This, the ninth of John Gunther's 'Inside' books, provides a vivid picture of Australia and New Zealand. Tragically the author passed away before the book was completed, that task ably undertaken by author, editor, correspondent, William H. Forbis. Contents include: Prelims., A Note on How the Book was Written, 25 chapters, Acks., Bibliography, Index. Book weight approx. 620g. . First Edition. Hardcover and Dustjacket.
