Paperback. 128p., illustrated with scattered b&w photos and figures, huge softbound in 11.5x8.5 inch matte white wraps printed with table of contents; limited run, no.200 of 666 + XXXIV. The matte coverstock has picked up hand-soil (snacking during a perusal) and edgewear, but is a sound copy that within is free of any markings. A good copy. Issue number 5 (five). This conference took place in Mexico in 1992, within hallucinating distance of Huichol land. An advisory board listing is impressive, Albert Hofmann not least, and includes Bay Area bookseller Michael Horowitz (since moved).
