Mr. Forsyth, although unable to return himself via Wakhan & Badakshan has managed to effect our object of obtaining better information as to Sirikot and its neighbourhood by pushing on a party there. The information seems to me to be satisfactory as it shows that Wokhan marches with Kashgar, and that there is not debatable land between.”
