New York: Charles Scribner's Sons, (1976).. (1976).. Very good. - Quarto [11-7/8 inches high by 8-1/2 inches wide] dark teal cloth in a dust wrapper. The corners of the covers and the head & tail of the spine are slightly rubbed. The dust jacket is lightly rubbed & chipped with a short tear to the bottom edge of its front panel. 264 pages. Profusely illustrated in black & white and color. There is offsetting to the endpapers with light foxing to the top edge of the book. Very good. <p>First edition.
