New York: The International Studio, John Lane Company, 1910. Near Fine condition. Mild EX-LIBRARY. A bright, shiny, tight copy (see photos). Handsomely bound in three-quarter brown morocco (leather corners and spine with 5 raised bands). The leather is remarkably well preserved. Gilt stamping on the spine is still bright and shiny. Corners are NOT bumped. Inner hinges are perfect. NO external library evidence except for an area at the foot of the spine where a small label has been neatly removed (see photos). WITHDRAWN stamp on a bookplate on the front pastedown endpaper. NO pocket. Attractive contemporary marbled endpapers (see photos). Text is clean and crisp. NO underlining or margin notes. Lavishly illustrated throughout, including numerous full-page tissue-guarded plates, many in beautiful full color. Volume Forty-One (Vol. 41) Comprising July, August, September and October, 1910, Numbers 161 to 164, complete. There are 452 total pages [12-page, double column Index + civ + 336pp.] Oversize Hardcover. 8.25" wide by 11.75" tall.
