Self-Published. First Edition / Third Printing . Soft cover. Fine/No Dust Jacket. Copyrighted by the author 1999 --. First printed by the author in Anacortes, WA in 2002. This third printing is not dated, and was printed by the Lushan Press of Eugene, Oregon in 2002. 142 pages, soft bound. Along with a typed letter signed by the author, as well as photocopies of two letters from Missouri State Senator and Judge Ronald Reed, Jr, initially requesting to purchase copies of the book, followed by discussion in the latter two letters of personal connections between the two, as well as details regarding the book.
