About This Item

Chicago: University of Chicago Press, 2002. Softcover. Fine. First edition. Fine in wrappers. Inscribed to Daniel Hoffman, who served as the Consultant in Poetry of the Library of Congress (the equivalent of the United States Poet Laureate) in 1973-1974 and published several additional books of poetry and literary scholarship. Laid in is a Typed Letter Signed by Halliday that was sent to Hoffman, along with Hoffman's unsigned retained copy of a letter to Halliday.
