This is a hardcover book with gray cloth covers (showing a student looking out the window), 268 pages including frontispiece illustrations The binding is strong with all pages firmly attached. The pages are clean with no soiling or tears. The paper is strong and white. The prior owner has signed and left a note on the second end paper. The dust jacket is clean and over 99% intact with a couple tiny chips at the edges (more like edgewear). The DJ has been placed in a fresh mylar jacket. There are no dates shown, but the prior owner's inscription is dated 1909 so the book is at least that old.<br>
